This X-WUKONG User Agreement (hereinafter the “Agreement”) applies to the X-WUKONG game and related services. This Agreement is entered into by and between you and the operator of X-WUKONG. Before using the services, please read and fully understand all terms of this Agreement.
1) When registering an account, you shall provide true, accurate, and complete personal information and update it in a timely manner upon any change.
2) You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password. Any loss arising from poor safekeeping, including account theft or password loss, shall be borne by you.
3) Users under 18 years old should use the game services under the guidance of their guardians.
1) Users must comply with applicable laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China when using X-WUKONG services.
2) Users shall not engage in illegal or improper activities via the services, including but not limited to: posting illegal content, infringing intellectual property rights, or distributing spam.
3) Users shall not disrupt the normal operation of X-WUKONG, nor crack, modify, or circumvent the game’s payment systems and mechanisms.
All ownership and intellectual property rights in X-WUKONG and related content are owned by the operator. No one may use, modify, copy, distribute, or otherwise exploit such content without prior permission.
The operator may modify the terms of service when necessary. Any changes will be announced on relevant pages. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
Protecting user privacy is a fundamental policy of X-WUKONG. X-WUKONG will not disclose or provide a single user’s registration data or non-public content stored during use to third parties, unless required by laws and regulations.
The operator shall not be liable for service interruptions or failure to meet user requirements due to technical failures, hacker attacks, system instability, or other reasons.
The validity, interpretation, amendment, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes arising herefrom shall be resolved through friendly consultation; if consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a competent People’s Court.
